Where do you ship? Essential Furnishings ship directly to addresses in the continental United States. However orders shipping to the U.S. Virgin Islands will be accepted and delivered thru our St. Thomas distribution center. We will ship outside of the continental U.S. and the U.S. Virgin Islands to Registered Shoppers with large orders only. Note: additional shipping charges may apply for orders outside of the continental United States and the US Virgin Islands. Contact our Order Department for instructions. Can you ship to a P.O. Box? We encourage you to use a street address as your ship-to address. When you use a street address, it is much more likely that your order will be shipped by a carrier who provides online tracking information. How long does your shipment take? Orders are processed and delivered according to your shipping preferences. Usually in two weeks. International orders may take longer. What method of payment do you accept? We accept most major credit cards and Pay Pal payments thru Pay Pal's payment system. I am not a Pay Pal member can I make a payment? Yes you can, however, Pay Pal members will have the benefit of faster check outs. Click here to learn more about Pay Pal. Please note: You DO NOT have to create a PayPal® account to make your payment. Simply select the New Account button and enter your payment data. At the end of the payment you will be given the option to create an account. If you do not wish to do so, simply decline. Your payment will be processed as a normal credit card payment. Can I check my account activity? All registered customers can check their account activity by clicking on My Account after logging in. Do you sell wholesale? Yes, we sell to wholesalers thru our Wholesaler Program. If you own a store or interested in earning extra money by selling our products part time or full time, Essential Furnishings have the perfect opportunity for you. Click New Customer on our log-in page, complete the customer information form and submit. Then send our Customer Service Department an email, with the name and email you used at sign up, your request for the Wholesaler Program and a brief description of your business. Note: Wholesalers are not agents, employees or representatives of Essential Furnishings and may not represent themselves as such. Is there a minimum order requirement for Wholesalers? Essential Furnishings would love to have all of our Wholesalers process large orders however, we will fulfill individual product orders to the Continental United States and the United States Virgin Islands only. Wholesalers from other locations must email their order request for approval prior to entering it into our online ordering system. Orders not meeting these criteria’s will be refunded and deleted from our system. How do I order? Once approved for the Wholesaler Program you will log in as normal and your wholesaler prices will be shown on our product pages. Do you have an Affiliate Program?
